How to setup your account correctly

Choose your individual setup:

First, navigate to your settings and input all initial information. Upload your logo, set up your company name and design preferences. Additionally, add legal texts and, if necessary, connect your own domain. For EU companies, it's essential to sign the GDPR agreement to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Teachere offers a comprehensive Member Area, Video Course, and Chat functionalities to support your learning and communication needs. Regardless of which functions you choose to utilize, creating a group is always necessary for effective collaboration and interaction among members. Groups serve as a central hub for organizing discussions, sharing resources, and fostering engagement within your community. Whether you're facilitating a course, providing support, or hosting discussions, groups provide the framework for seamless communication and collaboration on Teachere.

1. Broadcast Groups (Chat):

Broadcast groups enable you to send messages to multiple recipients simultaneously. Ideal for announcements, updates, or important communications that need to reach all members at once.

2. Common Groups (Chat)

Normal groups facilitate collaborative discussions and resource sharing among group members. Engage in topic-specific conversations, share files, and collaborate effectively within the group environment.

3. 1-on-1 Private Groups (Chat):

Private 1-on-1 groups offer personalized interactions between individual members or with added support employees if needed. Engage in private conversations, seek assistance, or provide personalized support within a secure and private environment.

4. Video Courses + Chat Versions:

Our Video Courses feature allows you to create and share educational content seamlessly. You can complement your Video Courses with chat functionalities, including broadcast groups, normal groups, or 1-on-1 private groups, to enhance learning experiences, foster engagement, and provide additional support to course participants.

If chat support or chat interactions are unnecessary, the Broadcast group is the solution, seamlessly connected to your course. Within this Broadcast group, you can share information, provide a brief welcome message, and update members about new activities and updates related to the course.

How to create a Broadcast Group?

  1. Create a Classroom
  2. On functionalities don't activate the function 'Members can write'.

How to create a normal Group?

  1. Create a Classroom
  2. On functionalities activate the function 'Members can write'.

How to crate 1-on-1 Private Groups ?

  1. Create a Classroom
  2. On functionalities activate the function 'Members can write' and 'Private 1on1"

Important: Whenever a new member is added to this group, a new group will automatically be created with the same group name, followed by the added member's name.

If Support Employees are added to the initial group, they will be automatically included in the new rooms created.

How to crate a VideoCourse?

  1. Select "Create New Course" from your Teachere dashboard.
  2. Choose between uploading a video or picture for your course content.
  3. Add a title and description for your course to provide an overview and attract potential learners.
  4. Connect the required group to your course. This is the only way your course will be displayed to your members.

Once you've created your Video Course, navigate to the course page and click on "Edit Course" or "Manage Course" to access the course editor.

From there, you can create modules by clicking on "Add Module" and follow a similar process as creating the course. You can add videos to each module by selecting "Add Video" within the respective module and uploading your video content.

On the right side of the course editor, you can add your coach's information and a banner if necessary. Simply locate the respective sections or options for adding coach information and banners, and input the relevant details accordingly.
